Chen Chow is Founder of 1% Advisory & Coaching, where he conducts coffee chat advisory for entrepreneurs and business leaders, as well as keynote speaking at various conferences and organizations.

He sits on the board of 3 listed companies, 2 in Malaysia (Chairman of Foodie Media Berhad and Independent Director of SRKK AI Berhad) and 1 in Singapore (Independent Director of Audience Analytics Limited). He co-founded Fave Group, which was acquired by Pine Labs for USD45 million in 2021. He was Regional Operations Director of Groupon Asia Pacific, Product Manager of JobStreeet.com and Management Consultant of Accenture. He is alumnus of Cornell University and is an Eisenhower Fellow. He has invested in more than 30 startups.
