Sylvia Chen

Sylvia Chen is an Associate at Endeavor who is motivated about entrepreneurship and the founders who are bold enough to build from scratch.

Sylvia is driven by the belief, explored in Malcolm Gladwell’s Outliers, that exceptional success rarely happens in isolation, it is shaped by the right environment, the right timing, and the right community. At Endeavor, she works closely with founders by understanding their challenges, unlocking opportunities for scale, and connecting them with resources to drive impact across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Prior to Endeavor, Sylvia’s path took her through consulting at Robert Walters and Wiki Impact PLT, an online media startup – giving her close exposure to business leaders, founders, and professionals across diverse industries. She holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with a double major in Finance and Business Analytics from Monash University Malaysia.

Outside of work, Sylvia enjoys hiking, travelling, and dancing.
