Naresh Sanchana is Director of Product at Mindvalley.

Naresh Sanchana is the Director of Product at Mindvalley, a role he began in January 2025. He is a product leader with global experience in building and transforming high-performance teams, driving long-term product strategies, and creating customer-driven solutions with measurable outcomes.

Previously, Naresh served as Senior Director of Digital Product for APAC, EMEA, and LATAM at Young Living Essential Oils from August 2023 to April 2024. He is also an active mentor with Endeavor Malaysia, where he draws on his experience at Young Living and Mindvalley to guide entrepreneurs in product development and go-to-market strategies.

Naresh holds an Executive Education certificate in Competing on Business Analytics and Big Data from Harvard Business School (2017), a BSc in Electronic Commerce from Staffordshire University, and studied Business & Information Technology at Asia Pacific University. Early in his career, he co-founded Silverfildental Products, where he served as Director from 2002 to 2009.
