Melvin Chee

Melvin Chee is the Co‑Founder and CEO of RPG, the company behind Montigo and other lifestyle brands across the region.

Melvin started RPG after several years building and operating early‑stage consumer and internet businesses, drawing on experience in e‑commerce and growth roles at OzHut, Groupon Malaysia, and Labster. He holds a bachelor of business in economics and finance from RMIT University and previously co‑founded GoPitch, a web‑based platform for early‑stage founders, and Eubi, a consumer and B2B accessories distribution business, giving him early exposure to performance marketing, online retail, and venture‑backed startup environments.
Founded in 2017, RPG is Malaysian omnichannel “house of brands.” The company builds and scales lifestyle brands across categories like drinkware, children’s foodware, and mobile accessories through Montigo, OiYO, and Casebang. Today, RPG has more than 60 physical stores across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, with a mission to create authentic, joyful brands loved by consumers.
