Jin Ee Lau is a Senior Associate, Entrepreneur Experience at Endeavor Malaysia, where he works closely with high‑impact founders to help them scale through better access to networks, knowledge, and capital. He brings hands‑on experience from working with early‑stage founders in the venture and startup field, supporting them from idea stage through validation, programmes, and early funding. With an MBA from Xiamen University Malaysia and a bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Trade from Fuzhou University, he is passionate about empowering tech and Web3 entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia. Recognised for his approachable style and genuine care for founders, Jin Ee takes his work personally, always striving to understand each founder’s journey and support them as a trusted partner.
