Developed businesses in ASIA PACIFIC for startups from the UK, France and Australia – secured multi-million US$ contracts, especially from Communication Service Providers in Australia (TELSTRA), Malaysia (MAXIS | CELCOM | ASTRO), Indonesia (TELKOMSEL | AXIS | XL), Thailand (TRUE), Philippines (GLOBE), Hong Kong (PCCW), Vietnam (VNPT), Brunei (DST | BMOBILE), Cambodia (SMART) and Bangladesh (BANGLALINK | ROBI).

Leveraged global players such as Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent, Logica, Amdocs, Ericsson, IBM, HP, Microsoft, AWS, Nokia-Siemens, Tata Consultancy Services, NEC, and many more as strategic partners to penetrate markets & develop business.

In 2018 Vicks built XPERANTI IoT – Malaysia’s 1st licensed dedicated IoT network and solutions provider. Responsible for a nationwide deployment of the IoT network and monetization of the network by providing end-to-end Industrial IoT solutions that are practical and scalable for Malaysian SMEs to adopt Industry 4.0 framework. In January 2021, he joined iFreeGroup Security as CEO of a new subsidiary iFGS IoT – focused on IoT, AI & Cybersecurity in Malaysia & South East Asia.
