Izdihar Hariffin

Izdihar Hariffin is the Senior Manager and Head of Strategy, Marketing & Communications at Endeavor Malaysia, where she leads the organisation’s strategic direction, brand, and ecosystem engagement efforts.

With close to three years at Endeavor, Izdihar plays a key role in shaping how the organisation positions itself across the entrepreneurial ecosystem — working closely with leadership, founders, partners, and global teams to drive initiatives that support high-impact entrepreneurs on their scaling journeys. Her work spans strategy development, partnerships, thought leadership, flagship events, and communications that advance Endeavor’s mission and Multiplier Effect.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the International Islamic University Malaysia and remains actively involved in social impact initiatives. Izdihar is passionate about building strong founder communities, crafting meaningful narratives around entrepreneurship, and creating platforms that enable founders to scale and pay it forward.
