• Stage of Growth: Startups or transformative SMEs that have: Compelling USP; Impressive historical growth track record to justify Product Market Fit; Clear future growth plan/strategy; and Ready to scale across markets or segments.

• Owner of Product and IP: Founder(s) must own the IP and hold(s) a majority stake in the company.

• Business model: Unique, scalable (tech or tech-enabled), innovative, and potentially disruptive business models with a strong value proposition that has great potential to be the industry champion in the local, regional and global context. No asset investment or multi-level marketing-based businesses model.

• Operations: Malaysia being one of the main operating markets. HQ can be based out of Malaysia.
